How do I get my PDF after purchase?After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. The PDF will also be available from your order confirmation screen.
I didn’t receive my download link!No worries. First, check your spam or promotions folder — it sneaks in there sometimes. Still nothing? Email us at contact@professor.football and we’ll send it manually.
Can I open the PDF on my phone?Absolutely. Our playbooks work on desktop, tablet, and mobile. We recommend using a PDF viewer like Books (iOS) or Adobe Acrobat (Android).

What’s the fit like?Our gear is modern, athletic-fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser feel, we recommend sizing up.
How long does shipping take?Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive in 7–12 business days depending on your location.
Who makes your merch?We partner with Printful to produce and ship all merch — it’s high-quality, on-demand, and crafted to rep the brand right.
Do you ship internationally?Yes! Professor Football ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary by region.

Can I return or exchange something?We accept returns on damaged or misprinted items. Since merch is made-to-order, we currently don’t accept exchanges for sizing issues — so double-check that size guide before you buy!
My order looks weird / I made a mistake — help?Email us right away at contact@professor.football with your order number and issue. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it fast.
